The Month’s Have Just Zoomed By…

Well it has been a fabulous and fun six months for our children and staff at Future Childcare and we are hugely grateful to our children and their lovely parents for all their support and assistance while we battled a pandemic and opening our amazing premise. It has been hugely successful and our children are happy and settled and over the past few months we have also had some significant events and milestones.

Open Days…

As the pandemic loosened it’s grip on the country, we were finally able to open our doors to the general public in a series of Open Days. This allowed ourselves as a team the opportunity to showcase not only our skills as practitioners but also our stunning spaces, both inside and out and all our extensive amenities. We would like to extend our thanks to all our visitors and welcome those that decided to join our family at Future
We will be opening our doors again for a Christmas themed Open Day on Saturday December 11th 2021 and invite everyone to join us from the hours of 10am till 1pm so we can again showcase the spaces we are so very proud of.

Seasonal Shenanigans…

As the months have rolled by and the seasons have turned, at Future we have found many great ways to celebrate and commemorate special events as well as the mundane. Indeed at Future we will embrace any opportunity to have fun and frolics with our children, where we learn through play.
Throughout our first months we dedicated this time to allow our children to transition to   their new spaces and to gain a familiarity with both their fellow peers and our staff members. We are pleased to announce that close bonds were made, and we continue to be very pleased with the key worker relationships we provide. Here children fully explored and investigated their environments and all the amazing resources we provide, as you can see below, our children greatly enjoy themselves. As we approached the holidays we asked the children themselves how they would like to celebrate this and they were very keen to mark the occasion using pirates. More specifically a pirate party, which, of course we were more than happy to provide. The children had a fabulous time, as did our staff and it was even worthy of a mention in our local papers. Obviously we have commemorated significant events with special planned collaborative activities, dressing up days, crafts and group discussions. We very much look forward to what the future brings and cannot wait to experience this with our children and team members…

“Managers and staff provide a highly inclusive setting. Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities make very good progress. Children settle quickly into this inviting and welcoming setting. They form positive relationships with staff and their friends. Children show high levels of confidence and independence.”
